Solid is not compressible at all, liquid is compressible to an extent and gas is the most compressible. It can be compressed to form liquid for example in our LPG cylinder, LPG stands for liquefied Petroleum gas which means that it is in the liquid form. Compressibility helps to store large amount in less space.
