hi,

here is your answer,

Leishmania undergoes binary fission. It is the division of one cell into two similar cells. Spasmodic undergoes multiple fission. In multiple fission, many individuals are formed from a single individual.

First of all:

Leishmania reproduces through ✨BINARY FISSION and Plasmodium reproduces through ✨ MULTIPLE FISSION.

Difference:

In binary fission, parent cell divided to produce 2 DAUGHTER CELLS whereas in Multiple Fission parent cell divides to produce MORE than 2 daughter cells.
