Central vent volcano

        It is a type of volcanic classification based upon the mechanism of volcanic eruption.

        In this type of volcanoes eruption the volcanic content are erupted through single vent present at the center of the volcano.

        The ejected content forms a mass around the vent which may appear like a small mountain.

        Craters are present in them.

Fissure volcano

        It is a type of volcanic classification based upon the mechanism of volcanic eruption.

        In this type of volcanoes eruption the volcanic content are erupted through series of vent present along the forth line of the volcano.

        The ejected content forms a lava and plateau and flows out of the volcano.

        Craters are absent in them.
