mitochondria occurs in the cells of aerobic organisms with the exception of mammalian RBCs while chloroplast occurs in the cell of green photosynthetic parts of plants .
auto chondria are colourless while chloroplast are green in colour
mitochondria sleep is not like while chloroplast shape is generally disc like an outline
