  • prokaryotic cells have no nucleus whereas eukaryotic cells have a defined nucleus
  • prokaryotic cells have no organelles whereas eukaryotic cells have organelles
  • prokaryotic cells have only 1 chromatin fibre whereas eukaryotic cells have alot of chromatin fibre

and the 6th difference is ..
That mitosis and meiosis cell decision do not take place in prokaryotes bt it take place in eukaryotes ..
