Difference between the terms about genetic codes is given below:

A. Unambiguous genetic code means that particular codon codes for specific amino acid. Example AAG codes for lysine.

Universal generic code suggests that all the organisms have five basic bases which code for RNA and proteins. Example - adenine, thymine, cytosine, uracil and guanine.

B. By degenerate genetic code, it suggests that one amino acid can have multiple generic codes or codons. Example glutamic acid has two codons - GAA and GAG.

Initiator sequence in genetic material is the code which starts translation of proteins. It is the very first code AUG and it codes for amino acid methionine.
