Plant cells have cell walls, vacuoles, chloroplasts; animal cells without cell walls, vacuoles, chloroplasts. Therefore, the main difference between bacteria and plant and animal cells is the unformed nucleus in the cell. Bacterial cell is a prokaryotic cell and human/plant cells are eukaryotic.
