1. They are harmful like mixing of sulphuric acid suspended in air with rain to form acid rain . This rain causes skin diseases like skin cancer, skin aging, etc.
2. Smog poses a human health hazard.
3. Greenhouse gases can result in global warming, which can change many areas around the world.
4. It damages crops.
5. It slows the process of photosynthesis by reducing the absorption of CO2 by the plant.
