Thrust is the component of the force which is perpendicular to the surface on which the force is acting. Its units are same as that of the force (N). It is a vector quantity.

Pressure is defined as the Thrust per unit area. It is a scalar quantity.

Relation between Pressure and thrust:

$Pressure = \frac{Thrust}{Area}$
