*The rise and fall in the level of sea is called tide waves

*tides waves are caused due to the gravitational pull of the moon and the sun on the surface of the earth

*tides are classified into two types-low tide and high tide

current

*the movement of ocean water in the form of a stream,in a definite direction, on the ocean surface is called an ocean current

*ocean are like rivers in the sea water,The movement of current s is visible on the ocean surface.

*ocean currents are classified into two types-

warm current and cold current.
