differentiate between tropic and nastic movement stating example in each case

tropic movement means towards the stimulus where is Nastic Movement means away from the stimulus that like when plant move towards the sunlight then it is called traffic movement because it it move towards the stimulus when plants root movie away from the sunlight it is called Nastic Movement because it moves away from the stimulus.
