Two unequal cells are found in pollen grains (male gametophyte) as the product of first mitotic division. These are vegetative cell and generative cells which are haploid cells.Vegetative cell is larger and generative cell is smaller. Later generative cell divides mitotically (second mitotic division) into two sperm cells.  Generative cell gives rise to pollen tube during pollen germination.
