Answer:

Basically salt is a substance that is formed by the neutralization reaction between a base ( either strong or weak ) and acid ( can be strong or weak ) .....

There are three types of salts

Normal :- A normal salt is one which does not contain any ionisable or replaceable hydrogen atoms in a molecule .

Normal salta are generally formed by the replacement of hydrogen by metallic or ammonium ions .

For ex.

NaCl, CuSO4, AgCl etc.

Acidic :- An acidic salt contains replaceable hydrogen ions . Acidic salts ionise in aqueous solution yielding hydronium ions H3O+. Acidic salts exhibit all the properties of acid

For example,

NaHSO4 , NaHCO3 , KHSO3

Basic :- A basic salt is formed as a result of incomplete neutralization of a base and an acid . Hence, partial replacement takes place of hydroxyl group of diacidic or triacidic base by the acid radical

For example,

Pb(OH)Cl

Normal salt are formed with acid and base of same strength

Basic salts are formed from strong base and weak acid

Acidic from strong acid and weak base . ......plz mark as brainliest
