1. At West Virginia plant in U.S.A, there exists computerised monitoring and warning system .But the U C plant in Bhopal had manual gauges and human senses to dtect leakage of gases.
2. At West Virginia plant emergency evacuation plans were present. But in U C plant in Bhopal , it was not present.
