Uniform Motion is that kind of motion which is unaccelerated and thus the velocity does not changes. Non-uniform is the opposite. The velocity change with time. Thus there is some accelration

If a body covers equal distance in equal intervals of time is called uniform motion.
If a body covers unequal distance in equal intervals of time is called non-uniform motion.
If a body covers unequal distance in equal intervals of time is called non-uniform motion.
