voluntary action is the action done by will.

e.g. moving your arm

reflex action is the reaction to a stimulus. Note that in a reflex action, the impulse of stimulus does not go to the brain if it is below the neck and the response comes directly from the spinal cord.

e.g. quick moving of hand when in contact with fire.

reflex action is an action that is nt under your control that impulse are sent by the spinal cord and voluntary action is an option that is under your control and your are doing it within your conscious
