Voluntary Muscle :
1. These muscles can be controlled by our own will.
2. These muscles get fatigue easily and need proper resting time.
3. Problems like sprain continues if lactic acid gets accumulates in muscles.
4. Their movement is comparatively slow.

Involuntary muscles :
