Eastern coastal plains : 1. The plain is located between Eastern ghats and the coast of bay of bengal. 2. It is comparatively broader plain with average width of around 80- 100 km .
3. Very few lagoons are formed . 4. Tuticorin ,Chennai,Paradeep,Vishakapatnam are the major ports on the eastern coast . 5. Large deltas are formed .
