A zygote is a diploid cell resulting from the fusion of two haploid gametes, usually a sperm and egg. A zygote may not develop properly to become an embryo. An embryo is a collection of cells far enough along in its development that it quite possibly may become a fully developed entity. When a zygote divides and become 2 cells, then divides again and becomes 4 cells, some where along this process it becomes an embryo. I think it’s a philosophical question, but clearly is no longer a zygote once it divides.

A zygote is formed by the fusion of male and female gametes (sperm or egg). An embryo is formed by the repeated cell division of a zygote. A zygote is the beginning of the formation of a baby. An embryo is the unborn baby in the uterus in the early stages of development. A Zygote is a single cell. It is smaller than a full stop. An embryo is a multicellular. The body features of growing embryo is not much developed. This is my favorite subject's question.... I hope this would be helpful......
