differentiate cut and copy options

Answer:-

Copy simply puts the highlighted objects into memory, whereas Cut actually removes them from the original document while storing it in the same memory place (aka the clipboard). Either way, pasting puts the stored object in the new place. With cut, it’s moved to the new place, with copy, the original is still at the old place too. In short, ctrl-C - ctrl-V = Copy, keep original in old place, ctrl-X - ctrl-V = Cut, actually move object to the new place.

ANSWER :
_________

CUT : Cut option is used when we want to replace a particular data from one place to another by removing it from it's first place.

COPY : Copy option is used when we want to copy the given data at another place without deleting it from it's prior original position.
