Ethyl Amine is CH₃CH₂NH₂. It is from amino group. When treated with benzyl  sulphonyl chloride and gives clear solution.

and Ethyl Ethanoate is CH₃CH₂ COO CH₃. It is from ester group. It gives iodoform test, that is yellow ppt is form.

You can differentiate by smelling as ester has sweet smelling while the ethyl amine has different smell.
