Restriction enzymes are present in bacteria they cut the DNA strand fron specific sites or from specific base sequence called palindromic sequences. these are of 4 to 6 bases.
and topoisomerase are the enzymes that are very important in the process of DNA replication as they help in overwinding or underwinding of the two starnds of DNA thus they help to place a specific gap between the strands during binding.
