 \frac{1}{4x - 3}  \\  =  \frac{1}{4x - 3}  \times  \frac{4x + 3}{4x + 3}  \\  =  \frac{4x + 3}{(4x)^{2} - (3) ^{2}  }  \\  =  \frac{4x + 3}{16x ^{2}  - 9}  \\
