  1. The fluid matrix of cell in which cell organelles are suspended is known as cytoplasm. The fluid matrix present inside the nucleus is nucleoplasm. Sometimes also known as cytoplasm of the nucleus.
  2. Plant cells have rigid cell wall made of cellulose, large vacuoles, peripheral nucleus and contain pigments like chloroplast. Animal cells have no cell walls, do not have large vacuoles and their nucleus lies in the centre
  3. Prokaryotic cell or primitive cell have no well defined nuclear envelope or membrane bound cell organelles.  Eukaryotic cells or true cells have well defined nucleus with membrane bound organelles.
