its simple cause above expression is actually expansion of eˣ

eˣ = 1 + x/1! + x²/2! + x³/3! + ........................    = y

therefore dy/dx = d(eˣ)/dx = eˣ

any doubt, ask?

Since y is the expansion of e^x
dy/dx=y itself as the derivative of e^x is e^x itself.
Hope it's right.
