The state of a solvent to dissolve other substances is called it's solubility. It decreases with the amount of substance dissolved and temperature either increases or decreases the rate of solubility.
Solubility curve is a table with more than one solubilities of solvents marked on it to compare the solubilities of two or more solvents at particular temperature.
