Democracy - Uneducated mob has all the solutions. Gives sanction to populist unprincipled middlemen who, vying for power, promise anything. Having secured power, they get illegitimately rich and duplicitously accommodate the rich, prompting for radical parties who actually act on their rhetoric.

Fascism - The govt learns a lesson and decides to work with biz. It respects their property ownership and instead incentivises priority activities and undermines others.
