Explanation:

Diffrentiation of x^n = n*x^(n-1)

so diffrentiation of 3x^2 = 6x

diffrention of logx =1/x

diffrentiation of a*e^(x+t) =a*e^(x+t)

so diffrentiation of 4e^x+5 = 4e^x+5

We diffrentiated these terms seperately and added to get the final result.
