d/dx [log (3x+2)]

=1/(3x+2) d/dx (3x+2)

=3/(3x+2)

let y= log(3x+2)

differentiating both side with respect to x

dy/dx= dy/dx[log(3x+2)]
dy/dx= 1/3x+2 d/dx(3x+2)
= 3/3x+2
