Do the cross multiplication , we get

=> (2x-3)(3x+1)=(2x+5)(3x-1)

=> 2x(3x+1)-3(3x+1) = 2x(3x-1)+5(3x-1)

=> 6x²+2x-9x- 3 = 6x² - 2x+ 15x -5

=> 6x² -7x - 3 = 6x² + 13x - 5

=> 6x² - 7x - 6x² - 13x = -5 +3

=> - 20x = -2

=> x = (-2)/(-20)

=> x = 1/10
