differentiation of Y is equal to e power of X + 3 log x

 {e}^{x + 3 log(x) }  \times (1 + 3 \times  \frac{1}{x} )
here we use chain rule of differentiation. Formula for e power x plus 3*logx is same. After applying chain rule we get derivative of x as 1 and logx as 1 upon x times 3. Why we use chain rule because after every derivative lastly we need only x. Here power of e is not x but some other function. Hence we have to derivative again as per chain rule.
