asexual reproduction:  it mainly occurs in single celled prokaryotes and eukaryotes it includes single parent and mainly they simply copy their DNA by various processes like fission ,budding or fermentation.in this method no fusion between gametes occur

Sexual reproduction.it has complex body structure and multicellular body .in this method  two parents necessary for the formation of zygote it should be necessary to fusion of male  and female gametes   .
