Answer:

The citadel was built on a raised plateform while the lower town was located on the lower part of the town. The lower town was larger than the citade. While public buildings like the Great Bath was built in the citadel, the lower town ususally had only residential buildings.

Answer: hey there. i hope you find this answer helpful.

Explanation:

Citadel is kind of modern city which has high raised buildings which is same like captial of a state and deals with most economic value and lower town has residential buildings and home business like shops are done at that place.  The ground level of citadel is higher than citadel and lower town is located at the low side of the town for which it is called lower town.

Lower town waAs part of the Greber Plan for Ottawa, new parkways, roads and bridges were constructed in the post-war period as a plan for urban renewal and "improvement" of Ottawa. This period saw major upheaval in the area as dozens of city blocks and hundreds of historic homes were systematically demolished to make way for expanded roads and new development. However, while the redevelopment was done in Lower Town, neighbouring areas opposed the plans, leaving the current incomplete solution to traffic through the area, heavy truck traffic, and poor urban streetscape for Lowertown residents to cope with.s a large settlement area during the harappa era.
