Differntiate between Tengible Assets and Intengible Assets.

Those Assets which can be touched and seen is Tengible Assets like Building, Machinery.These assets have physical Existance..

Whereas, Those Assts which can't be touched and seen but can be feel is In tangible Assets.like. Goodwill, Patents....It doesn't have any physical Existance.

Tangible assets are physical assets like car , house etc whereas intangible asstes are not physical assets they are like offers , coupons etc.
