There is no difference between human and animal cells…
why? Because humans are animals.
and if u asked about plant and animal cell
plant cell:
+usually large in size.
+plastids are present.
+it has large central vacuole.
Animal cell:
+comparatively smaller in size.
+plastids are absent.
+often possesses many small vacuoles.
