Differtiate between nucleotide and nucleiside

Answer:

nucleoside contains pentose sugar joined by nitrogenous bases.

while nucleotide is a nucleoside which is joined by phosphate group at 5' end. i.e. it contains pentose sugar, nitrogenous bases and phosphate group.

nucleoside is made up of Penrose sugar and a nitrogenous base but when we add a phosphate group to it it becomes nucleotide
