10000-8614 = 1386 ..... then pi*r^2 = 1386 so r = 21m

its too simple yaar (100m)^2 is 10000m^2
10000^2 - 8614m^2=1386m^2
πr^2=1386
r^2=1386*7/22(transposing phi)
r^2=63*7
r^2=441
r=√441
r=21m
