Difficulties mastered - this means that if you have a big problem in life whatever it may be you must try to solve it. For example if you find some subjects difficult to learn you must try to work harder to improve in them no matter how difficult they are. After improving the subjects you are weak at you have won an opportunity - To win an opportunity means you have gained a chance, prize or reward. This reward could be the highest mark in your exam, more new knowledge to make you more intelligent, or maybe even made a new friend who you studied with . Therefore to win something in life you have to work hard for it.
