OWNERSHIP/GIFTE LAND

The land should legally belong to the builder of those apartments.
To build the apartments, the M.Corporations aprove
the layout and all the documents needed for constrction.

This is a land legal issue , and buyer's money,
and bound by the Builder to the buyers(investors)
of those apartments.

Temple has a Different issue of the

DIRECTION/PLACE, LOCATION, Shastra ,

accessibility to the common devotees,

(working class time problem, old people, transport problem),

should be owner's land and
VOW/MIND, VASTU-SHASTRA, ISSUES.

Depending on the people's choice, the temple should
not be a big problem to build,
But here, the builder should mention, about temple building,
and
it might be MANDATORY service, might be demanded,
by the occupants , to build a religious temple
(here in our country) of their choice,

like other amenities library, swimming pool, service charges...etc.
These are legal issues and documented,
 and agreement will be furnished.

Now the question comes to mind is very important and
not related to the Legal issues, andm documents.

It is believed that, the place should be religiously suitable to build,
vasthu issues, it hould be clean (not like ugly or graveyard) area

ONLY THE SACRED, FULL-FLEDGED PRIEST,
IS AUTHORISED TO DECIDE ABOUT TEMPLE.

In afew cases, after building the temple, age-old sayings,
fear of evil spirits, if that area is not good,
 as per VASTHU ISSUES.
as it is "not fit" for shrine, God, temples,
many untoward incidents, and even
BAD LUCK loomed over all people, and bad incidents
have taken place,

THIS TEMPLE ISSUE RELATES TO GOOD MINDS AND HEART ISSUE.
PRIEST APPROVAL.
