And the most basic is the understanding of String Theory, where vibrating strands of energy are the basis for all the laws of physics.<br />Thus, Special Relativity is really quite simple when you consider that things contract when they are compressed, and this includes Time/Aging itself.<br />And in order to understand how Time<br />contracts in relation to movement , a simple formula may suffice:<br />String Theory = Higgs Field = Vibrating Strands of Energy + Compression Caused by Rapid Movement = Reduced Frequencies = Contraction of Time = less Aging.
Or:
More movement/compression = slower time and less aging.
Less movement/compression = faster time and more aging.
And consequently Time (as measured by the vibration rate/frequency of an Atomic Cesium Clock) must also slow down due to compression of the Cesium atoms and their frequency of vibration caused by the pressure of motion.
