Step-by-step explanation:
y = ( sin x)^ x
taking log on both the sides.
we get ,
log y = log ( sin x ) ^ x
Diff . w. r. t. x.
we get,
1 / y . dy/ dx = x .1 / sin x ( cos x ) + log ( sin x)
dy / dx = y [ x . cos x / sin x + log ( sin x)]
dy / dx = y [ x cot x + log ( sin x ).
