legislative power is a power of government  - any bill parliament passes when president signature on them . president assent bill into law and he summons both houses of parliament into two sessions .

executive power is a power government who executes law , he has power to appoint prime minister , chief of army , .

The legislature is the body of politicians in a state or country that make laws. In the other hand ,Executive is defined as someone or something with administrative or managerial authority.
