manure can be easily prepared in fields whereas fertilizers takes time and are prepared in laboratories.
manure is difficult to store and transport but fertilizers are easier to store and transport.
manure increase water holding capacity and also increases the space between soil whereas fertilizers don't.
manures maintain fertility of the soil and also increases humas but fertilizers don't. infact they spoil the soil if used in excessive amounts.
