Manures are organic things which are made by the decomposition of plant and animal matter.
They are very very cheap.
Excessive use of it makes soil fertile.

Fertilizers are made by chemicals.
They are expensive.
Excessive use of it harms the soil.

They are in concentrated form. These are manufactured in factories.

Microbes are not needed.

They are easy to transport.

Easy to store and supply to crops.

They do not restore soil texture.

They are not for better aeration and retention of water.

Manure :-

Manure is an organic substance obtained from decomposition of vegetable and animal waste.

Microbes are needed to degrade the organic substances.

Difficult to transport.

Difficult to store and supply to crops.

They restore soil texture.

They are for better aeration and retention of water.
