Haemoglobin in its deoxygenated state have less affinity for oxygen than myglobin. Myglobin have great affinity for oxygen.

*it tansport or stores oxygen in blood
*it binds oxygen more tightly than heamoglobin
heamoglobin:::
*it is deoxygenated state
*it is tetrameric protein
*it transport oxygen in blood
*it binds loosely than myoglobin
