There isn't much difference in theoutput. The only minor differenceoccurs because of the properties of aNOR or a NAND gate. The circuit will work in a similar way to the NAND gatecircuit above, except that the inputs are active HIGH and the invalid condition exists when both its inputs are at logic level “1”
