A prime number is a number which has exactly two factors. One factor is rhe number itself and second factor is 1.

Example of prime numbers = 2,3,5.

A composite number is a number which has more than two factors. A composite number can always be represented as the product of it's prime factors.

Examples of composite numbers = 4,6,9.
