1.Rivers of Himalayan region where cooler then the rivers in peninsular rivers.

2.Major rivers of Himalayan region are Ganga,Yamuna, Brahmaputra etc. but major river of peninsular region are Krishna,Narmada,Kaveri etc.

3.Rivers of Himalayan creates due to melting of glaciers but rivers of peninsular creates due to mixture of different streams.

4.Rivers of Himalayan commonly dissolve into Bay of Bengal.But rivers of peninsular dissolve in Arabian sea.
