diffrentiate between metaphase1 and metaphase2

In Metaphase I, the spindle fibers get attached to two centromeres of each homologous chromosome. But, in Metaphase II, the spindle fibers get attached to one centromere from both sides. The plane of Metaphase plate in Metaphase I is perpendicular to the plane of Metaphase plate in Metaphase II.
