Spring tide occur at the time of the sun and moon are perpendicular to the part of the earth and neap tide and it obtain total gravitation on earth surface is weekend so it is also known as the weak tide .

Then earth water is getting weakened because it is out from the part of the direction.

It can provide the moderate tides is called as the neap tides and it is little lower and low tides are little bit higher than average

Ans. During the full moon and new moon days, the sun, the moon, and the earth are in the same line and the  tides are highest. These tides are called spring tides. But when the moon is in its first and last quarter, the  ocean waters get drawn in diagonally opposite directions by the gravitational pull of the sun and earth  resulting in low tides. These tides are called neap tides.
